DPL has secured a CDMA extension until December 31st, 2022, on behalf of our customers! (includes both Verizon 3G and 2G)
This means Verizon, Hercules CDMA wireless modems will continue to work until December 31st, 2022.
Verizon, Hercules CDMA, serial number ranges positively impacted by this extension include:
- 8XXXX
- 100XXX

Verizon will be shutting down their network on December 31st, 2019 for devices that are not members of the Verizon Partner Program (VPP). As a member of the VPP, DPL will enjoy the benefit of a CDMA network extension through December 31, 2022 for existing CDMA devices deployed in the field.
